WLC Peddlers
This group is for those following Dr. Phil's Weight Loss Challenge. Any WLC support group can join this group to participate in virtual bike tours. We focus on Key #6: Intentional Exercise in Dr. Phil's book:The Ulitimate Weight Solution The Seven Keys to Weight Loss Freedom. Our first tour is a challenge between support groups. Starting in Times Square N.Y. to Dr. Phil's Studio in California. This is a great way to rid yourself and your group of the exercise blues.
