Description: This group is for those that have 100lbs to loose or more but are bound and determined to make the changes in behaviors needed to lose weight. We only want members who are just as comfortable sharing as they are reading what others share. Fair exchange of encouragement is strongly enforced here. However, this group is loving and supportive and is a safe place full of women who GET IT! Thus we are the Dr Phils Weight Loss GET IT TEAM.
