to help each other with our weight management goals in a supportive,
encouraging, non-judgement environment. We read and discuss the 7 Keys
to Weight Loss from Dr. Phil's book and other helpful information. We
formed a Circle of Friends as a buddy system for calling between
meetings. We would be happy to have other women join us.
