Get Real With Your Weight!
Win a Letter from Thomas!!!The Winner is......Niagara Region WLC It's very important to keep yourself accountable in order to reach your goals. According to our WLC group web page we have over 3600 challangers and have shed almost 4900 pounds. That is an average of less than 1.5 lbs per person. We want to see that average improve. Gather up your challengers and have them each pledge to lose 4 lbs in February and weigh in by each Friday. Why, weekly weigh-ins? It's easier to let yourself slide when you don't look at that blasted scale. Group leader's have until Sunday to enter their numbers into the database here. The group that sheds the most average pounds over their total pledge will win a banner AND a personal message from Thomas! Group leaders: JUST WANTED TO ADD............................. If we see the group stats in the FILE section of the message board, you will note there are many groups that have no numbers in the weight lost column. So this February challenge also involves trying to get your teams to be honest about their weight loss, be forward and open and to not hide behind a number. Barbara from the WLC made this note important in our first live meeting. Remember she and the other challengers admitted their weight in front of millions of people. I would dare say that that almost 5000lbs lost that i have so far recorded is far more than double the amount!! Let's rock February with some self love and face our numbers so we can plug away on that forward momentum! |
